Returns

You can apply for a return or exchange within seven days after the product is delivered. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused 
  • In the same condition that you received it 
  • Enclosed the original packaging

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Kindly email us at store@sarangithestore.com along with a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.

Please note:

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.

If you are shipping an item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Once we approve the exchange, we will get personally in touch with you on our procedure to process the exchange.

You will be given equivalent store credit that you can use to buy products at Sarangi. 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. After the shipment is made and you receive the waybill number, we'll not be able to cancel the order. You can apply for a return within seven days of delivery as explained in the Returns section above.

We'll not be able to entertain requests for refunds at any point.
